Orders can be modified or canceled within 72 hours of placement, unless the delivery date is sooner.

After this period, changes may not be possible as preparation for your order may already have begun.

All bouquets are made to order using seasonal flowers and may vary slightly from the images shown, while maintaining the overall style and mood.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been prepared or delivered.

You may refuse the order at the moment of delivery if there is a significant issue.

Any refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
